Powerpoint proposal

So, today I am trying to develop a powerpoint presentation for this weekend, when I am supposed to sum up my 30 page dissertation proposal in 15 minutes or so.
Turns out it is a very good exercize - it is helping me to REALLY figure out what it is I need to say, and to look at the whole thing differently.
It is also very frustrating & difficult, as it is REALLY hard to figure out what it is I need to say and what can be left out.
It's even worse when it's something technical. Key points can only take you so far without explanation.
